Let me ask you a question. Have you made peace with your past? This rule is one you should follow. Making peace with your past helps you move forward to your future. Living with guilt from the past can weigh you down and keep you from reaching your potential.
Have you heard that what other people think about you is not your business? When you think about it, it is not your business. How does it add to your life? It adds nothing to your life. So do not allow what other people think to live rent-free in your head.
We all experience things in our life. Allow yourself permission to heal. Time heals everything, almost; give it time and your grace.
This is very important you are the only person in charge of your happiness. It is your responsibility to nurture your happiness. Happiness is a choice and you need to put yourself first to be happy. You should prioritize your happiness and make the effort and decisions that will ultimately lead to it.
Social media can have you comparing your life to others. Remember not everything you see or read on social media is reality. Don't compare your life to others and don't judge them, you have no idea what their journey is all about.
For my overthinkers, stop thinking too much. You do not have to know the answer to everything. Let it go and let the thing speak for itself.
