I decided to be very private about my personal life. I learned it was the best way to keep my peace; in certain aspects of my life. I stand by my decision.
It is January 6, my second day of feeling the best I have in such a long time. Nina Simone said, "I will tell you how freedom feels for me, having no fear."
I understood what she meant.
It's remarkable knowing the truth about a situation can free you. Your energy has a sense of renewal; overthinking is gone.
Waking up feeling renewed was the best feeling in the world for me. I had not felt this good in such a long time.
#Free is what I call it; looking at an area of your life, professional or interpersonal, and ridding yourself of the negative draining vibes.
How does this work? Figure out what you need to free yourself from, and take action.I am not saying this will be easy but if you want to be at peace, taking the first step(s) is critical.
Try it, take that first step, and then journal your experience. Small steps I recommended because you don't have to do everything at once. For me, I chose my biggest drainer so I could derive the most benefit.
