Today is Wednesday, it's a great day to reset.
Do you practice daily affirmations every day? For those with children, do you have your children say them?
Growing up, I wish I knew how powerful daily affirmation can be. These positive statements could have helped me to be challenged and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. Repeating them, most importantly believing in them, would have helped me make positive changes.
Saying positive affirmation before bed helps the sleeping brain become calm, ridding it of negative thoughts.
Recently, I found some inexpensive positive affirmations on Amazon. For months it was bothering my walls were bare; I had two areas in particular.
One was right in front of my bed, and the other was to my right, the wall I would see coming upstairs.
Now, the two walls have the most beautiful affirmations, daily reminders to me. I can now wake up and go to bed reading these affirmations.
How did I select the right affirmations for me? I used my Big Life list and what was on my vision board. That's how I chose those the most impactful affirmations for myself.

Affirmations have truly changed my life. I even have affirmation in my workplace. I am grateful for the strength and courage inside of me to share with you my life's journey.
