Or did you conclude; that you had nothing of value to contribute?
I know I am doing this, counting myself out.
There is a difference between being humble and showcasing your talents.
It took me a long time to realize one person does not have all the ideas or answers. I needed to use a different approach.
That was to look at what was missing that could add value to the customer.
That was how I was able to bring my skills and knowledge to help my department meet and or exceed our goals.
I got out of my way just knowing I could do it better by believing in myself.
Can you do it better? If the answer is yes, get out of your way and make it happen?
If the answer is no, why?
Self-reflection is the key to discovering the potential inside.
It's time to unlock your potential.
