Forward Movement

On January 31, I posted a blog called " Be Like the Sock."

Today was Mother's Day, so I went for my walk/run.

As I was walking around the trail, I looked down and what do I see was the sock. It made me think about forward progress in our lives.



Forward movement helps us get to the next part of this journey called life. We first show resilience and stay the course until we feel it's time to move forward.


Take inventory in areas of your life.

What are those areas you need to do some forward movement?

If the time is the right move forward, if it is not, why not?

There is no time like the present.


Be like the sock and make that forward movement toward your dreams and goals.
