In the 21st century, it has become abundantly apparent that the glass ceiling still exists, and so does racism.
I have always been a self-starter in any position I have worked. I am a team player, and I mentor when the opportunity presents itself.
What I will not do is tolerate blatant racism.
I am at a point where I will use any adversity thrown my way to my advantage. I will continue to exceed in my performance and add value. I will not allow your bigoted ways to deter me from what I need to be successful.
I watch only people who like alike recognize each other, promote each other, and exclude those of us who drop everything to assist.
My voice heard; in a way, you might not think.
I will continue to use this adversity for good, and in the end, good will always prevail over evil.
I will never want entry into your invisible club.
