Kindness

The past couple of years has produced challenges none of us could foresee. We are confronted with new work-life challenges as we navigate this new way.

One thing I have done is make my workspace as peaceful as possible.

I do not have a dedicated space; it's in the corner of my living room. My space does add to my attitude every day, one of peace and serenity.

I have to make my clients feel comfortable when the unexpected has happened in their homes while am training. It is just this act of kindness that goes a long way. They can continue to engage and, no apology is needed or feel embarrassed when the unexpected happens.

In my professional life, kindness was not always part of the equation. I keep it in front of me as a professional.

A small act of kindness can go a long way as we navigate our new career/professional lives.

Some pray, some mediate, some sing, some exercise to help them through it. And, some don't care to put themselves in check. Those are the dangerous ones. During our walks in life, we have to navigate the best way to avoid havoc. However, in our place of residency, it ought to…
