Life is all about balance.
You don't always need
to be getting stuff done.
Sometimes it's perfectly
okay, and absolutely
necessary, to shut down,
kick back, and do nothing.
When I look at this picture, I see serenity, balance, and peace.
It's all up to you.
What helps me are a few habits I have established.
Before my feet hit the floor, I pray.
I do my one-minute mindfulness and breathing exercise
I work out for 30 mins.
Have a cup of coffee, a quick healthy breakfast
I get up every morning during my work week at 3:30 am; on the weekend am up at 4:30 or at the latest 6:00 am.
It helps me with my balance and protects my peace
I then have a routine before I go to bed at night.
I know this may not be easy for everyone; here is what I would like you to try.
Some people believe that for a habit(s) to form, it takes at least 18 or 21 days, depending on your source. You may see habit challenges for 7,10 or 30 days.
So you know I love challenging you.
Pick one or two habits you can do in the morning or night.
Keep track of why you did complete or did not complete your goal.
