So many people face the reality of living with mental illness. We need to amplify this message, let’s talk about it. There is such a stigma around mental illness. I will say right now there should not be! We need to stop the narrative, that going to therapy is not cool or bad.
Together we can make our friends, family and even ourselves feel comfortable with this topic.
