Mental Health Awareness Month

So many people face the reality of living with mental illness. We need to amplify this message, let’s talk about it. There is such a stigma around mental illness. I will say right now there should not be! We need to stop the narrative, that going to therapy is not cool or bad.

Together we can make our friends, family and even ourselves feel comfortable with this topic.

Let's have the conversation! And remember you are enough. If you or someone you know needs help, please seek the resources available. Don't wait, do it now.

People need to understand and acknowledge that mental illness isn't anyone's fault. And it can be out of our control to handle.

Can't stress this enough, especially in the African American Community! Thank you Renee!
