How do you decide how to spend your time? Do your methods differ from work vs. personal time? Do you set goals along as you plan your time? Are you spontaneous and still feel accomplished and your time was well spent?
When deciding how to spend my time, I have different methods for work versus personal time. I tend to set clear goals for work and prioritize tasks based on their importance and deadlines. I believe in being organized and efficient to feel accomplished. However, in my time, I do allow myself to be more spontaneous and go with the flow, as long as my time is well spent and brings me joy or fulfillment.
