What a great way to begin your week. Try something with me. Take each word and

write out a list of how you will complete each

one of these steps in the word Monday.

Here is my list:


  • Positive

  • Determined

  • Peaceful


  • Practice Mindfulness

  • Read

  • Pause during the day


  • Workout early

  • Eat healthily

  • Drink water

Doable Step

  • Prepare for the next day

  • Positive self-talk

  • Complete one blog


  • Speak my truth

  • Release any negative thoughts to stay true to me

  • Fast in the morning to bring clarity


  • Celebrate my Day
