
We all have our good and bad days. When I am having a bad day, I look at myself in the mirror. Then I ask myself, " see what this is doing to you?" There is a noticeable difference in my appearance. Guess what, I don't like what I see.
Here is something I practice, I practice saying my daily affirmation in the mirror and smiling while am doing it. Does it help, for the most part, it does help me.
So on those days when you feel you are not radiating, do something to make you change your mood. Whether it is dancing, exercising, praying, or saying daily affirmations, know your mindset is the key to how your day will process. Now go be magnificent!
