There is Hope!

Let's look at the word DEPRESSION

Now rearrange these letters.

"I PRESSED ON"

Many of us either have experienced or know someone suffering from depression. So many suffer in silence; some seek help. Depression can vary the illness hard to manage.

Then you have those who suffer from depression alone without telling a soul of their struggle. It is so hard to understand but, we should never judge.

A smile can mask so much, the pain behind the smile the silent cries for help.

Let me ask a question, do you have a mantra you repeat every day? Are you willing to accept a challenge?

Create a mantra to repeat for the next seven days.

As you repeat your mantra, look in the mirror or close your eyes and visualize it. It can be as long or as short and should be something you can remember.

My Mantra is:

I am Magnificent

I am Love

I am Health

I am Beautiful

I am Peace

I am Prosperity

I am Wealth

I am my unique self

I am ME!

After the seven days, write down what changes you felt each day?

I hope you will find this journey as rewarding as I am.

Each of us is unique to a fault. Everyone seems to be overly sensitive about everything/anything. We must begin to be more conscious of how we speak our words to another. Ugly behaviors are running rampant. I'm witnessing despair with friends & family that are in my circle, and it's heartbreaking. Getting educated about Depression is essential in identifying Depression and how-to guide a family member or friend to accept help. When you learn of someone with Depression - what do you say, how do you say anything? Depression is like…

Bravo! I could not agree with you more my dearest cousin! I agree with you 100% we do need to be educated about depression and how we approach it with those we love. It‘s so important to listen for the clues and watch the actions, read their words on social media and take action. Thank you for engaging in the conversation. Love you dearly!❤️
