Broken

On the day of my birthday, I was speaking to a very dear friend. We have been friends for a very long time. This friendship means the world to me, and I don't take it for granted.

This relationship is free of judgment, which is so important. I need a safe place where I can express myself free of judgment. It allows for growth and clarity.

During our conversation, my friend told me to write down a word. The word was BROKEN.

As you look at the word BROKEN, what do you see? The word OK is in the middle of the word BROKEN. It gave me a new way of looking at things. Amid the chaos, it is a sense of calm. It going to be okay nothing stays broken. I am so grateful for this new perspective.

When you feel there is no hope or no solution, never give up. There is always a break thru after a break down. See, the break down is the lesson and from every lesson comes growth.
