Tupac is one of my favorite rappers. As you read this blog post, I ask you to put judgment aside. Whether you agree or not, Tupac was very prolific. Tupac spoke about many of the political issues we are dealing with today. Yet he was judged by some life events he found himself in.
If you read his words above, this is what he was speaking about, providing some insights into his world.
You might ask, " Renee' why do I care?" Well, we should care?
Some decisions we make can impact our family, friends, and sometimes society. They can turn your world upside down.
Be mindful and informed. I make sure my son has a safe place to communicate with me without judgment. Providing him with an outlet so he feels comfortable.
" I only follow the voice inside" Tupac did not have this outlet, so he had to rely only on his guidance, not knowing if this would be good or detrimental.
As mentioned in one of my other posts listening is key to communication.
Do so with no judgment; be supportive, advise, and give the good with the not-so-good.
In the end, the decision they make is theirs.
