It's 2024, what now?

It's now six days into 2024; how are you doing? What are you doing? Are you going a hundred miles an hour? Some of you made New Year's resolutions, business plans, and a vision board. Now, you are trying to stay committed to it.

Here is what I want you to do. Slow down! Do not try to stress yourself out trying to do everything at once. Start with one thing first. Make the adjustment you need, and then go to the next one.

You defeat the purpose when you set too many resolutions, goals, and visions. Keep in mind when making resolutions, goals, etc., set a timeline and how it is going to fit in your current lifestyle. Is there anything you need to adjust to accomplish these goals?

These are things to consider to help you be successful and not fail short or give up. For example, if you're planning to start a fitness routine, be sure to set a realistic timeline for when you want to reach your goal and that you have the resources and support you need to make it happen.

Make you celebrate every single success. You can write a journal about it or share your experience with others, whatever works for you.
