Music

When I was a little girl, I wanted to play the violin. I was also fascinated with the guitar. I tried playing the guitar, but it never stuck. I blame myself because I was not patient enough. The piano was an instrumental I would play when I went to my friend's house.

I was not an experienced piano player, but they would teach me easy songs.

I would sing all the time as a child. I was in choir and had a solo in a play in elementary school. I saw myself on broadway as I would daydream while looking out of my bedroom window.

I did not have a vocal coach, then life happened.

The saxophone is a sexy instrument to me.

I wanted my son to master playing it; He was not interested. He tried his hand at playing the guitar instead.

Music helped me when there was no answer to some of the decisions I had to make in my life. It is still my go-to when I need to clear my head. Depending on what I was doing or my mood would dictate the genre of music.

I also choose my music based on my workout. You might be wondering, " what's your point, Renee'?"

I Am sharing this in hopes it helps you to find your muse. What makes you most productive, helps you clear your mind, and makes you smile?

The next time you are cleaning your house, need to work on a project, or want to relax, listen to some music. You will feel so much better.

Enjoy the journey.

Try it and let me know about your experience.
