Rest Your Soul


How often have you had trouble sleeping, and your brain will not shut down?


You can shut it off because you are worried about work, family, and relationships.

I know this all too well.


It has taken me a long time to find remedies.

A couple of things I changed in my lifestyle.

1. Working Out every day:

Each day I make sure to get in no less than 30 minutes.


2. Drink plenty of water:

For the most part, water is the only thing I drink.

I have not had alcohol in years, and even

then I was not much of a drink.


3. Eat as natural as possible:

I do not eat red meat or pork.

I try to eat as clean as possible.


4. Meditation helps and journal writing before I retire to bed.

Both help me brain dump, clearing my mind of anything toxic or just clearing out the

residue from the day.


I try to do everything to protect my peace before I sleep.

It helps me with my insomnia, and I am not sleeping peacefully.
