In today's day and age, people do not know how to show appreciation.
Why am I making this statement?
Let me ask; have any of you received any compliments listed above in a text message vs. verbally?
We live in a society where verbal communication is almost a lost art. It is like the art of letter writing; texting and letter writing are different.
I would like to know how did we get here? Is it because we don't want to face our truth? Have we become so indoctrinated in the world of text we have lost ourselves?
Are we loosing the human touch?
Knowing how to appreciate someone through communication will help you to learn your love language, in my opinion.
I am doing my best to be more positive with my verbal communication and life; I am still a work in progress.
I look at this list of these phrases I could use and would love to hear. I realize I need to be intentional and use these phrases.
